1. Order Cancellation Policy

Telestar.in reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or discontinued

Pricing or listing errors

Payment failure or non-verification

Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions
In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Returns & Replacements Policy
Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are allowed only in specific cases.
2.1 Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
