Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Telestar.in, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience on our e-commerce platform. This policy explains the terms under which orders can be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded when you purchase Ayurvedic medicines, herbal products, and wellness items from us.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Registered contact details

  • Reason for cancellation

• If cancelled within the allowed time, 100% refund will be processed with no deductions.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Customers may refuse delivery at the time of delivery.

• In such cases:

  • The product will be returned to us.

  • Shipping, RTO (Return to Origin), and handling charges will be deducted.

  • Remaining amount will be refunded after the product reaches our warehouse.

1.3 Cancellation by Telestar.in

Telestar.in reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment failure or non-verification

• Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are allowed only in specific cases.

2.1 Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• Product received is damaged or leaked

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Customer must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

• Product must be:

  • Unused & unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With seals, labels, and tags intact

2.3 Replacement Process

• After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

• Once the product is received and inspected:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, OR

  • A refund will be issued if replacement is unavailable.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Approved order cancellations

• Returned products where replacement is not possible

3.1 Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Wallet

• Refund processing time:

  • 7–10 working days after approval or product inspection

• Actual credit time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

3.2 Refund Deductions

• Shipping & handling charges will be deducted if:

  • Delivery is refused without valid reason

• Partial refunds apply for partial returns only.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

• Opened or used products

• Products without original packaging

• Items returned without prior approval

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage

• Orders returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.
